According to the guidelines provided to us
by the "Executive of Board Of Health Ministers Council
for GCC States," we have developed a computerized system
to adopt the following Procedure for the pre-employment
medical examinations.
The Office of GAMCA will receive the medical
request slips from all the sources.
The GAMCA office will issue computerized
referral number called as "GAMCA number" to the candidates along
with the name of medical center to report for medical examination.
GAMCA office will inform the medical centers
about the particulars of the candidates refferred to them for
medical examination.
The medical centers will perform medical
examination and issue medical reports carrying the GAMCA numbers
alloted to the candidate by the GAMCA office.
Detailed report of unfit cases will be
sent by the medical centers to the GAMCA office, which will
maintain a computerized record of such cases and send a confidential
report to the concerned consulates.
All the medical centers will send daily
fax report to the GAMCA office about the status of the candidate
examined with reference to the GAMCA number.
The GAMCA office will fax report of the
medical status of all candidates examined by the member medical
centers to the concerned consulates on daily basis.
